Transit Authority Appoints Interim Director

The Birmingham Jefferson County Transit Authority appointed an interim executive director. The board names William Copling to the position on Thursday. He is currently the transit authority's operations director. Copling is taking over for David Hill, who resigned after accepting a job in San Francisco.
