Frank Galloway is an attorney with the Hand Arendall Law Firm in Downtown Birmingham. He is a graduate of Samford University and the University of Virginia School of Law. He and his wife, Sissy, have two sons and five grandchildren. Mr. Galloway previously served on the BJCTA Board of Directors, and was reappointed in 2007, representing the City of Mountain Brook. |
