Doris Powell is a small business owner who received her Business Administration Degree from the University of New York. She is the President of the Fountain Heights Neighborhood Association, as well as the Northside Community. Ms. Powell is a Veteran of the United States Women's Army Corp. In addition to serving on the BJCTA Board of Directors, she is the Secretary of the Operation New Birmingham Board and the Minister at Cathedral of Saint Paul Catholic Church. Ms. Powell represents the City of Birmingham. |
