Tuition Reimbursement
BJCTA helps employees pay for work-related courses at accredited institutions. Employees may receive up to $3,500 per fiscal year. The percentage of reimbursement received per course is based on the final course grade.
Free TransporatationBJCTA Employees along with their spouse and two children are allowed to ride buses throughout the service area. This benefit offers significant savings in automobile maintenance, gasoline and parking fees.
PensionBJCTA offers a Defined Benefit Program for its collective bargaining unit and a Money Purchase Benefit Plan for its non bargaining unit employees.
